Amentum in Pensacola, FL, is seeking a Course Coordinator to provide front-line, non-technical support for web-based and instructor-led training courses.

The role requires creating reports, proctoring exams, and coordinating student progress while serving as the SME for the student experience and liaising with staff and customers. A 40-hour week is typical with potential overtime and limited telework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with admin support for training delivery.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with administrative questions and proctor high-stakes exams.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly, end-of-course, and on-the-spot reports for the customer.
• Serve as SME on the student experience and coordinate with staff and customer.
• Provide administrative support for independent learning, feedback on content and exams.
• Interface with individuals at all levels, organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Overtime availability and occasional limited telework may be required.
