Amentum in Augusta, GA is seeking a Course Coordinator to provide frontline, non-technical support for web-based and instructor‑led training courses. The role sits on a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑stakes, hands‑on training to meet mission needs.

The coordinator will create reports, track progress, proctor exams, and serve as the SME for the student experience, coordinating with students, staff, and customers while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, English, communications, a technical discipline, or related field with 2 years relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of work experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira is desired.
• Strong speaking, writing, reading comprehension, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create and maintain course-related documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with administrative questions and issues.
• Proctor high-stakes exams and ensure integrity.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly, and end-of-course reports for the customer.
• Provide feedback to update course content and resources.
• Coordinate with team members and customers under deadlines.
