Amentum is seeking a Course Facilitator to support a virtual course, answer student questions, validate automated grading, and provide facilitator-owned inputs to course deliverables. The role includes troubleshooting, defect escalation, and learner experience monitoring, aligned with Government-approved processes.

The position supports a 0800-1700 schedule with core hours 1000-1400, and requires familiarity with common LMS platforms and courseware tools, plus basic programming knowledge.

Qualifications

• Facilitates and supports virtual learning deliveries
• Provides first-line student support for navigation, access, and submission workflows
• Validates automated grading and feedback for correctness and completeness
• Document defects with reproducible evidence for correction
• Escalates LMS defects per government-approved processes
• Maintains logs of recurring issues and grading anomalies
• Prepares course deliverable inputs and facilitator-owned data
• Offers guidance on general networking systems, OS, and technical writing

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line student support for a virtual learning experience.
• Review automated graded activities and verify grading accuracy.
• Validate outputs of grading and feedback for correctness and completeness.
• Escalate LMS defects and infrastructure issues through approved channels.
• Maintain facilitator issue logs and document reproducible defects.
• Contribute facilitator-owned inputs to course deliverables as scheduled.
• Provide guidance on networking, operating systems, and technical writing.

Two years of relevant experience
