Amentum in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Course Coordinator to provide front-line, non-technical support for web-based and instructor-led training courses. You will liaise between students, staff, and customers and generate course reports, ensuring student progress is tracked and documented.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience; in lieu of degree, six years of experience may substitute.
2 years of experience in analysis, design, development, delivery, or evaluation of training OR 3 years in an administrative support role.
Experience with Confluence and Jira is desired.
Excellent speaking, presentation, reading comprehension, and writing skills; detail oriented and able to collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

Assist students with administrative questions; proctor high-stakes exams and liaise between students, staff, and customers.
Create daily, weekly, monthly, end-of-course, and on-the-spot reports for the customer.
Provide administrative support to students taking independent learning, web-based training; offer feedback for content and exams.
Interface with individuals at all levels; coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks; work under deadlines; overtime may be required.
