Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year married status required for both spouses.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.
• Campus is smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one approved dog only.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain van-driving certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Integrity and professionalism expected of MHS staff.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
