Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, caring for 8-13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and a structured, family-like environment to support academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include supervising students, managing schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, leading daily devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple required.
• Both spouses must be age 27+.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.
• Campus is smoke-free and alcohol-free; no weapons on duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
