Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Hershey, PA campus. They will reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and supporting a group of 8–13 students, helping with academics, wellbeing, and daily routines.

The role requires two married spouses, ages 27+, with a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include mentoring, devotions, budgeting, and scheduled activities, with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
