Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks full-time Flex Houseparents for a two-person couple to live on-campus and provide supervision, guidance, and support for a group of 8–13 students.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses be 27 or older. The role includes daily devotions, scheduling, and transportation duties, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role: married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
