Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routine management, medication administration, driving students to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting. Nine days on, three off; later transition to a placed home.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person married couple with a minimum of two years together.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license or ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Plan and participate in activities and devotions with students.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
