Job summary

Colorado Women's Center in Fort Collins seeks a Couples Counselor and Therapist to help couples improve communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy, while also serving individual clients. You will set your own session times, maintain a full caseload, and work with a team that supports professional development and women's empowerment.

Our clinicians are trained in EMDR, Couples Therapy, CBT, Gestalt, Transpersonal Psychology, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or license candidate: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or Psychologist PSYC.
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women's Center clients in person and online
• Provide consultations
• Conduct assessments
• Complete intake screenings for new clients
• Write client notes and other required documentation
• Manage client scheduling
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled
