Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center is seeking a Couples Counselor and Therapist in Broomfield, CO to help couples improve communication and emotional intimacy, while also seeing individuals. Build a full caseload with a flexible schedule and a steady referral flow.

You’ll use modalities like EMDR and CBT, working with clients across ages and stages. The practice emphasizes female empowerment and professional development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or PhD/PsyD/PSYC candidate.
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
