Job summary

Colorado Women's Center in Boulder is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join a growing practice focused on female empowerment. You will provide in-person and online counseling and build a full caseload within a supportive, growth-oriented culture with a flexible schedule.

Our referrals help clinicians reach 23-25 sessions weekly, with supervision and a comprehensive benefits package as you develop a sustainable practice across Colorado.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or PhD/PsyD/PsyC candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings.
