Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Fort Collins offers a full-time couples counselor/therapist position with a steady client flow and option to see individuals. You set your own session times and will handle intake and documentation while delivering in-person and online therapy.

Qualified candidates have a graduate degree and an active CO license (or candidate). EMDR, CBT, and other modalities are part of our practice, with a strong focus on female empowerment and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD/PSYC or candidate.
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments and intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings.
