Job summary

Colorado Women's Center is hiring licensed mental health professionals to provide counseling and therapy both in-person and online to diverse client groups across Colorado. The role emphasizes intake, assessments, notes, and scheduling within a supportive, growth‑oriented team.

Qualified candidates hold an active Colorado license (or candidate) in LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or PhD/PsyD/PSYC, with a passion for female empowerment and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Active Colorado license or license candidate required: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or PhD/PsyD/PSYC license or candidate.
• Licensure/certification must be current or in process for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women's Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations to clients and staff.
• Conduct assessments and intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
