Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus in student homes and supervising a group of 8–13 students to support their academic, emotional, and social growth.

You will handle daily routines, transportation, medications, devotions, and budgeting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and eventual placement in a fixed home.

Qualifications

• Two-person couple role with at least two years of marriage.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• No alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
