Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes with a group of 8–13 students, providing care and guidance to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Initial duties include supervising students, managing routines, and driving/participating in activities. The role transitions to a placed houseparent, with a strong emphasis on integrity and role modeling.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
