Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents for couples. The role involves living in on-campus student homes, guiding 8-13 students, and fostering a family-like atmosphere to support academic, emotional, and social development.

The position requires a two-person married couple with at least two years’ marriage, both spouses aged 27+, no more than three dependent children in the home, and a valid driver’s license. Training and relocation support are provided.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
