Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and guide groups of 8–13 students. The role emphasizes mentorship, safety, and a family-like living environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

Couples must be married at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license. Housing, meals, and benefits are included; training is provided and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
