Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking a full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students. The role includes managing routines, activities, and transportation with a focus on student wellbeing.

The two-person team must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. On-campus housing and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples married for at least two years; two-person role.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
