Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking a dedicated couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role involves living on-campus in student homes and guiding a group of 8–13 students to support their academic, emotional, and social growth.

The position requires a two-person married couple, aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED. Benefits include housing, meals, and comprehensive coverage. Training is provided, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty.
• Pet limits: only fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel with students.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
