Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person, married-couple role—to live in on-campus homes and guide groups of 8–13 students. You will supervise, mentor, and plan daily routines, activities, and devotions to support students’ academic, emotional, and social growth.

The position requires two married spouses (27+), a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Housing and benefits accompany the salary; relocation and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
