Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks a dedicated Flex Houseparents couple to live in on-campus student homes and support 8–13 students. You will supervise daily routines, oversee wellness, and help guide academic and social development in a caring, family-like environment.

The role requires married partners (at least two years), both aged 27+, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Housing, meals, and full benefits are provided on campus.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and supervise Sunday Chapel.
