Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks a dedicated Flex Houseparent couple to live on campus and care for a group of 8-13 students. You will supervise daily life, manage routines, provide guidance, and support students' academic and emotional growth in a structured, family-like home.

This two-spouse position requires marriage for at least two years, both partners aged 27+, and a role that includes driving to activities, devotions, and Chapel. Housing and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteers.
• Two-spouse role: married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and lead development/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
