Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social growth.

Couples must be married for at least two years, both 27+, and able to lift 50 lbs. The role begins with nine days on duty followed by three off, then transitions to a placed houseparent.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role, married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in devotions.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel services.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
