Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to join the Financial Systems team within the global IT organization. The focus is on Coupa (Procurement and Expense) with secondary responsibilities for Skilljar (LMS) and Egencia (Travel).

The successful candidate will enhance performance, data integrity, and workflows for P2P, LMS, and Travel applications. The role emphasizes configuring, supporting, and integrating SaaS applications, improving data integrity, and ensuring SOX/compliance

Qualifications

2–5 years in financial or business systems SaaS with Coupa experience.
Experience with Skilljar or Egencia is a plus.
Foundational understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Expense Management processes.
Exposure to APIs, flat-file transfers, cXML, SCIM Provisioning is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure, develop, and maintain the Coupa platform and secondary systems to meet evolving business needs.
Lead QA and end-to-end testing for system upgrades and internal rollouts.
Build and modify approval chains, custom fields, forms, and workflow rules across all platforms.
Support integrations for Coupa with NetSuite via APIs, flat files, and cXML; assist with Egencia and Skilljar integrations.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and data maps.
