Job summary

Sabre is seeking a Sr Business Analyst - Coupa to join our Global Business Systems team, driving Procure-to-Pay optimization across Procurement, Finance and Accounts Payable, with strong focus on Coupa and SAP integrations.

You will translate business requirements into scalable designs, configure Coupa and SAP, and serve as SME for middleware and integrations, while supporting end-to-end P2P processes in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

5+ years as IT Business Analyst/Functional Consultant in P2P within enterprise IT.
Hands-on configuring SAP P2P/MM or Coupa (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Pay).
Understanding end-to-end P2P lifecycle, travel/expense policies, tax, 3-way matching, GL.

Responsibilities

Elicit requirements with Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable; map end-to-end P2P processes.
Configure and administer Coupa, SAP, and supporting apps to translate requirements into scalable designs with minimal custom code.
SME for integrations between SAP, Coupa, expense systems, banking networks, and third‑party platforms; diagnose integration issues.
Provide Tier 3 support and maintain docs, architecture maps, training materials, and SOPs.
Identify bottlenecks and use automation and modern integrations to streamline workflows and auto-reconciliation.
