Job summary

USO is seeking a skilled Coupa Administrator to lead the Coupa platform across P2P, Sourcing, CLM, and invoicing. You will configure workflows, manage catalogs and users, and maintain supplier data, while supporting Coupa-Sage Intacct integrations and quarterly releases.

The role focuses on data integrity, reporting, and user support, collaborating with IT, procurement leadership, and external vendors. Arlington, VA-based, in-person position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years administering or supporting Coupa or similar P2P/Spend Management.
• Experience with Coupa integrations to ERP systems and SQL/data reporting.
• Solid understanding of procurement, accounts payable and finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for Coupa (P2P, CLM, Invoicing, Sourcing).
• Configure workflows, catalogs, suppliers, and user roles; manage changes and releases.
• Administer user access, supplier enablement, and escalation for issues.
• Support integrations between Coupa and Sage Intacct; ensure data accuracy.
• Develop reports and dashboards; assist audits and compliance reviews.
