Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC invites a Lead Coupa Business Analyst & System Administrator to own Coupa Spend Management across P2P, SIM, Services Procurement, CLM, and Core Sourcing. You will optimize configurations, manage access and policies, and drive governance while aligning with Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years supporting enterprise procurement processes and systems.
• 3+ years hands-on Coupa administration and configuration.
• Experience with Coupa P2P, SIM, Services Procurement, CLM, and Core Sourcing.
• Experience integrating procurement tech with Oracle Fusion ERP, APIs, cXML, flat files.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Coupa Platform Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the admin, configuration, and continuous improvement of Coupa P2P, SIM, Services Procurement, CLM, and Core Sourcing modules.
• Manage user access, security roles, workflows, catalogs, approval chains, purchasing policies, and system governance activities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the highest level of internal Coupa support escalation.
• Manage Coupa releases, impact assessments, testing activities, and deployment of new functionality across all active modules.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable business solutions.
• Support and maintain integrations and data alignment between Coupa and Oracle Fusion ERP platforms.
• Develop reporting, KPI dashboards, training materials, SOPs, and change management programs to drive adoption and business value.
