Job summary

USO is seeking a Coupa Administrator to configure and optimize the Coupa BSM platform from Arlington, VA. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure Coupa is compliant, optimized, and aligned with policy.

This in-person role offers significant interaction with leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of Coupa administration, experience with ERP integrations, and strong knowledge of procurement and finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Coupa Administrator Certification.
• 3-7 years of experience administering or supporting Coupa or a similar P2P/Spend Management platform.
• Experience with Coupa integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct).
• Strong understanding of procurement, accounts payable, and finance processes.
• Ability to interact with USO leadership and external vendors with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Coupa platform and modules (Procure to Pay, Sourcing, CLM, Invoicing, Supplier Management).
• Manage user access, onboarding, roles, and supplier setup.
• Provide Tier 2 functional support and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with Coupa Support and internal IT teams to resolve incidents.
• Develop reports and dashboards for spend analysis, compliance, and insights.
• Ensure data integrity and audit readiness across master data and transactions.
• Document configurations, processes, and controls; identify automation opportunities.
