Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience as a County Caseworker 1 or equivalent internship or program experience.
• A bachelor's degree in social welfare or related social sciences with one year of professional social casework experience.
• Eligible to meet educational requirements within two months of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, link, and evaluate services; make referrals as needed.
• Provide regular face-to-face case management while meeting program productivity standards.
• Develop individualized service plans with input from individuals and families.
