Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a County Social Services Aide 3 and two years of college coursework including 12 credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences.
• A bachelor's degree including or supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that includes 12 credits and one year of paraprofessional case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, link, and evaluate services; refer as needed.
• Provide regular direct contact and face-to-face case management while meeting productivity standards.
