You will process sales and orders, check stock, build hose assemblies, prepare products for pickup or shipment, perform cycle counts, operate a forklift, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt counter/phone customer service and handle inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork including invoicing where applicable.
• Learn product knowledge to support customer needs.
• Handle orders, quotes, and production orders in the system.
• Perform general warehouse tasks and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional counter, phone, and electronic customer service.
• Learn product knowledge to support customer needs.
• Process sales, quotes, and/or production orders in the system.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and locate inventory accurately.
• Pack, label, and ship orders via national carriers or pickup.
• Support inventory controls and cycle counts.
• Operate RF scanner and forklift as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with safety policies.
