Responsibilities

• Sell Kendall Group products and services to customers visiting or calling in; gather needs, quote, and process orders.
• Promote sales growth through add-on sales and promotions.
• Build positive customer relationships by clarifying product knowledge and providing helpful information.
• Assist customers with loading product into their vehicle and replenish counter inventory.
• Pick counter orders and participate in inventory cycle counts as directed.
• Assist in warehouse activities and back-up delivery drivers if qualified.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
