The Kendall Group is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Cadillac, MI to promote and develop business by delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service to customers in person and over the phone. You may assist in the warehouse, run counter orders, and support loading goods for customers.

The role emphasizes relationship building, upselling opportunities, and accurate handling of inventory while maintaining Kendall policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam and obtain a 1-year card.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and basic math skills.
• Experience with warehouse operations and safety protocols preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kendall products and services to customers visiting or calling in, gathering information and providing technical assistance.
• Promote sales growth through add-on sales and vendor promotions.
• Assist in loading product into customers' vehicles and replenishing counter inventory.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and support warehouse activities and deliveries as needed.
