mSupply is seeking a Counter Sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online. You will support branch operations through order fulfillment, merchandising, and will-call duties at the Doral, FL location.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of customer service, and proficiency with MS Office. You will handle product inquiries, assist with inventory, and maintain accurate data in company systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong aptitude for numerical analysis and mathematical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service through timely, professional communication and resolution of inquiries.
• Manages pricing, product availability, and order status via phone, email, fax, and in-person interactions.
• Processes orders, coordinates deliveries, and ensures accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Maintains strong, solutions-oriented relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Performs general warehouse duties while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
