White Cap seeks a Counter Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers. You will quote prices, enter orders, and provide product information while leveraging product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right solutions.

The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities to upsell related products and participate in a dynamic, growth-oriented team environment at White Cap.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
