Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply Group in Naples, FL is hiring a full-time Counter Sales with Backup Driver to be a key point of contact for customers. You will enter orders, provide quotes, handle deliveries, and support inventory and logistics to meet project timelines.

The role requires strong multitasking, basic computer and POS skills, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and flexibility for overtime during peak seasons. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; training and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and internet navigation.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly; 50 lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Process transactions at the sales counter using the company system.
• Create sales orders and quotes using customer measurements.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to support timelines.
• Participate in cycle counts, order picking, staging, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
