Flexibility for overtime during peak seasons is required. Lifting up to 75 lbs, basic computer skills, and POS familiarity are needed. English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and 50 lbs repetitively.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter and via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter using the company system.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements for costs.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries, ensuring efficient logistics.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts, order picking, staging, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
