White Cap is seeking a Counter Sales Manager in Minnesota to lead and develop the counter sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and accurate order processing.

You will train staff, manage performance, and coordinate with credit, returns, and pricing policies to maintain SOX compliance and smooth operations. This role requires a strong background in sales leadership and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Formación

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Provides management and oversight of Counter Sales associates
• Trains and develops associates to provide customer service.
• Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job.
• Ensures counter area is safe for staff and customers.
• Interacts with customers to manage any issues and resolve problems.
• Interacts with managers and Area Credit Manager to resolve credit issues.
• Interacts with Returns Specialist and processes customer returns per company policy.
• Oversees and spot checks order accuracy, SOX compliance and pricing accuracy.
• Ensures paper flow, cash handling and billing is done per policy.
