Job summary

mSupply is seeking a Counter Sales professional who delivers exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and digital channels while supporting branch operations and order fulfillment. You will handle product inquiries, returns, and inventory management using company systems and tools.

As part of the team, you will manage pricing, order status, and deliveries, and contribute to a safe, organized work environment with continuous training and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong aptitude for numerical analysis and mathematical operations.
• Skilled in office technology, including computers, scanners, phones, and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service through timely, professional communication and resolution of inquiries.
• Manages pricing, product availability, and order status via phone, email, fax, and in‑person interactions.
• Processes orders, coordinates deliveries, and ensures accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Maintains relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Performs general warehouse duties while maintaining a safe, organized environment.
