Job summary

mSupply BellSimons in Manchester, NH is seeking a Counter Sales professional to deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online. You will support branch operations through order fulfillment, merchandising, and will-call assistance.

The role handles product inquiries, pricing, inventory, and coordination of deliveries. Candidates should have at least 3 years of customer service, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong aptitude for numerical analysis and mathematical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Manages pricing, product availability, and order status via multiple channels.
• Processes orders, coordinates deliveries, and ensures timely fulfillment.
• Maintains strong, solutions-oriented relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Completes training and supports branch operations.
• Performs general warehouse duties and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Uses PPE and conducts routine safety checks on equipment.
• Communicates task status and updates with management daily.
• Monitors customer queues and responds promptly to service requests.
• Sorts, stocks, and labels products per procedures.
• Inspects returned and damaged goods for accuracy and condition.
• Supports sales with product knowledge and merchandise displays.
• Adheres to inventory procedures for accurate tracking.
• Verifies shipments and reports discrepancies promptly.
