Responsibilities

• Provide Outside Sales support, producing professional job quotes as needed or requested, sourcing and pricing material.
• Follow-up/expedite customer orders, resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction, respond timely to customer.
• Promptly assist customers at counter, gather information, and answer questions.
• Conduct sales efforts ethically and professionally, maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Enter customer orders, transfers, and pricing information accurately.
• Provide product/job quotes as appropriate and perform related admin tasks.
