The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year experience in customer service or counter sales, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Growth and additional responsibilities may follow.

Qualifications

• You have a high school diploma / GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, inside sales, or counter sales is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must not have a DUI/DWI or other alcohol-related conviction within the last 10 years.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative.
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing.
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations.
