Linde plc in Tulsa, OK is seeking a customer-focused inside sales and counter sales representative. You will handle customer service activities, take telephone orders, answer questions, trace order status, and support the Outside Sales team.

You will promote add-on sales of gases and accessories, demonstrate products in store, maintain accurate customer records, and perform warehouse duties including moving cylinders.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, inside sales or counter sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills essential for success in this role.
• No DUI/DWI or alcohol-related driving convictions in the last 10 years.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and enter telephone orders, answer questions, resolve issues, and trace order status or shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations.
• Maintain customer records and pricing accuracy.
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and support additional locations.
