Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter telephone orders, answer questions, resolve challenges, and trace order status or product shipments
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
• Move cylinders and conduct warehouse duties for customers
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
• Evaluate and recommend products, equipment, and programs
• Promote add-on gases and hard goods accessories and conduct in-store product demonstrations
• Maintain customer records and pricing accuracy
• Make outbound calls to retail and small B customers
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and support additional locations
