Heritage Landscape Supply Group seeks a full-time Counter Sales/Customer Sales professional in Michigan. This role focuses on accurate order entry and delivering smooth customer interactions across sales counters, phone, email, and in-person consultations.

The position emphasizes multitasking, inventory accuracy, and coordinating logistics to support timely deliveries. Overtime may occur during peak seasons, with a strong commitment to service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Pass a pre-employment background/drug test.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a PLUS.
• High school diploma or equivalent or combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients through phone, email, and in-person consultations, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter using the company’s computer system to ensure efficient and precise order fulfillment.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in cycle counts.
• Collaborate with management and team members to communicate customer needs and special order material requests, enhancing product offerings and service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and sales team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
• Responsibilities include a mix of sales counter duties and various other tasks, supported by modern sales systems and a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace.
