Heritage Landscape Supply Group in Highland, MI is seeking a full-time Counter Sales/Customer role to handle accurate order entry, friendly customer service, and efficient checkout at the sales counter. You will interact by phone, email, and in person, process transactions, and support inventory with cycle counts.

This role works Monday–Friday with overtime during peak seasons, requires flexibility, basic computer skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients through phone, email, and in-person consultations to provide exceptional service.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Participate in cycle counts and assist inventory management.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations.
