Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Counter Manager in Macy’s Shop-in-Shop to lead a dynamic team of part-time associates. You will drive sales, coach staff, and manage scheduling, inventory, and brand presentation while upholding Pandora and Macy’s standards with a fan-first service mindset.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment, with growth opportunities within Pandora NAM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Lead or equivalent supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Talent magnet with recruiting and team development skills.
• Familiarity with Macy’s or department store retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive counter sales and achieve comp sales and transaction targets.
• Coach and develop Part-Time Sales Associates and Leads for advanced techniques.
• Prepare weekly schedules and manage payroll efficiency.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
• Ensure Pandora and Macy’s visual standards and displays meet policy.
• Coordinate hiring needs with the District Sales Manager and assist onboarding.
