Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Leads and Sales Associates to achieve sales goals.
• Manage weekly schedules, inventory, and payroll efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Pandora and Macy’s policies and security procedures.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences and build loyalty through fan-first service.
• Collaborate with DSM and store leadership on talent, hiring, and training.
