Pandora is seeking a Counter Manager to lead our Macy’s Shop-in-Shop team in a fast-paced environment. You will coach part-time associates, manage daily operations, and drive sales while ensuring brand standards and customer focus.

You will schedule staff, oversee inventory, and partner with the District Sales Manager on hiring. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and offers a base+bonus compensation package.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years’ experience in a supervisory retail role (sales lead/assistant manager).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a fan-first service mindset.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding store staff.

Aufgaben

• Drive counter sales goals focusing on comp sales and transactions.
• Train, coach and inspire part-time sales associates and leads.
• Manage weekly schedules and payroll efficiency.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, backstock, audits and shrink control.
• Ensure Pandora and Macy’s visual standards in VM displays and product placement.
• Maintain compliance with security, POS, and loss prevention policies.
• Support DSM with hiring and onboarding for the store team.
